The doctor is personable and knowledgeable. The staff is always courteous and friendly. I have never felt rushed. I can't imagine getting better care anywhere else! Always enjoy seeing Dr. Downs and his friendly, helpful staff.

I've been going to Dr. Downs for at least 25 year years. He has given me excellent service. He goes out of his way to explain things to me and show me pictures of good eyes vs. bad eyes so that when I see my own pictures, I know what I'm looking at. I've moved around during the last 25 year but continue to drive the distance to see him as I don't believe I could get better quality care than I get from him! He's personable and will remember you. Dr. Downs has been my optometrist for over 20 years. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. The office staff is very friendly and efficient.
All the latest and greatest bells & whistles to provide the very best optical care is what you'll find here! And they have a large selection of frames. Staff is friendly and helpful. They are always patient with me when I stop in for yet another frame adjustment! I'm tough on my glasses! I just wish they had Saturday morning hours.
I always have a positive experience and never a wait I have recommend Anaheim Hills Optometry center to all my friends. I see you guys again on my next schedule dental appointment.
