It's unfortunate. For future buyers from this establishment. A Trax-4v device may have been put on your car unbeknownst to the dealer. At least that's what we were told. Car was disable an towed to dealership only to discover that a device had taken over the system. With Title in hand this should not happen to anyone who out right own their vehicle. Buyer Beware. THIS COST OF REMOVAL $578
Would definitely deal with again. Courteous staff. Very happy with the overall purchase experience.
