RecommendedWe booked a trip with AKT 10 years ago, it was our very first kayaking experience and it was awesome. Came back last Friday and we were happy to find out that it's still awesome! We will definitely be back, this time hopefully sooner than 10 years :-)

AKT is a must for anyone visiting the majestic San Juan Islands! Haven’t kayaked before? No problem! AKT makes the entire experience as easy and accessible as possible from start to finish. Or maybe you.re at the opposite end of the spectrum - an avid kayaker who doesn’t ‘need a tour’ - yep, me too. I had a FANTASTIC time! The punchline is simple - GO DO IT!
What an amazing experience!! Our guide, Matt, was not only informative but he was FUN!! Our group had a blast! Totally doing this again. Thank you!!!

We used AKT for our adventure at Deception Pass today. What started as questionable water conditions-turned into an amazing experience!! Matt was an excellent guide. Patient, professional, and super friendly! His extensive knowledge about sea life was interesting and entertaining at the same time. We were able to experience watching a seal and her pup play in the water together. Eagles diving for a fresh meal. Overall, it was the best day on our camping trip! Would highly recommend this company-and especially our guide.

A Memorable Day at Bowman Bay My 6-year-old grandson, Declan, and I did the 1 1/2-hour family tour at Bowman Bay (Deception Pass). It was an outstanding time and Katie, our guide, made the time very memorable. Katie shared her knowledge of the sea life, birds, and showed us how to eat kelp. While visiting the Pacific Northwest on vacation, my family went on a full day kayak tour with Anacortes Kayak Tours that was highlighted by our fabulous guide Jake Lawlor. We had a wonderful 4-day tour! Our guide James was incredibly knowledgeable of the conditions we faced and the wildlife we saw. He was very polite and funny. The company is most professional. Everything about this trip exceeded our expectations!
