I was referred to Amy Grafenstein with REMAX to help sell my father's home in Cambridge. Amy was the whole package. She was personable, compassionate, and so efficient. During this difficult time of losing my father and living in Alabama, Amy helped me through the house-selling process with ease. She found someone to plow snow, and she replaced smoke alarms herself. I was also able to call her anytime with questions, and she addressed my situations promptly. I consider Amy a friend after this experience.
