Keine Klimaanlage obwohl in der Zimmerausstattung aufgelistet bzw. dafür auch bezahlt. Bei 30 Grad draußen fühlt man sich wie in einer Sauna. Beschwerde wurde nicht berücksichtigt. Uns wurde gesagt, dass ein Techniker kommt und das Problem behebt. Es ist nicht passiert. Auch unsere Zimmernachbar haben keine funktionierende Klimaanlage gehabt. Es probable que pueda conseguir algo mejor por ese precio. La única ventaja que ofrece el su localización. Los "desayunos incluidos" pueden pasar de intrascendentes a francamente malos en sólo unos días. Suele no haber ni siquiera platos, cubiertos o café. La limpieza de las habitaciones es mediocre. Los pisos están sucios y los utensilios de cocina conocieron mejores momentos. La localización es su única ventaja
We had asked for an early check in which was greeted with if there is room available. That is no big deal as it happens. Well they told us come back at 2:30 and we could go into our room. The guy takes our luggage but hands me a torn piece of paper with random numbers and letters. 2:30 roles around and room is not ready and we were told once the room was ready a person would come get us.
