RecommendedAmli NorthPoint has been good to our family. We love animals. They are important to our well-being as we have emotional support animals after my husband served in the military. We appreciate how animal friendly the property is. We appreciate the help with packages even during a pandemic and maintaining friendliness through it all. Clean, secure, well-maintained, pet friendly, elevators, parking deck, beautiful views, and spacious.
As an owner of a cleaning company, I have been in numerous apartment complexes in the Alpharetta area. AMLI Northpoint is by far the best! The apartments are new, updated, modern, and very clean. The entire building is very clean and well-kept, as well as secure. You park in a gated parking deck and do not have to climb stairs. This was a huge plus for me with a new car! The office staff is super friendly and attentive. You feel like you’re part of their family. I cannot say enough good things about this place!

Great place to live and the front office staff is great. Only complaint would be that only 1 person is working on Sunday so when they are giving tours there is a line of people outside the locked doors waiting. I couldn’t get into my apartment because my lock broke and my new key was in the office. So I had to wait almost 20 minutes with all my groceries outside the office for help. Other than that this place is great and really dog friendly.
Our Move in was seemless! Desarayi is awesome! Haven't dealt with the other staff yet but the grounds look amazing. We are very excited about living at AMLI even if it's temporary until our house is built!
