I used to like living in this place before it became a construction site in December 2019. I liked the location, the staff and the amenities and I could comfortably work from home and now none of these options are accessible to me. If you are considering moving here wait until the construction is done, completely and for good. RecommendedWe moved from Michigan and working with Gisset has made the whole process a breeze! She was always quick to respond and super accommodating.
The slowest and most restricted amenity reopening in Denver combined with no rent rebates after several months of no access to amenities and community areas has upset myself and many other tenants. Now amenities are open but only until 6 PM. I have a day job. That doesn’t work for me. They do not care about building a sense of community. They only care about covering their ***. Leasing agent verbally assaulted me
RecommendedMidtown 29 has been an absolute blessing to work with and I couldn’t be more grateful. The staff was awesome in the touring and application process and I was immediately hooked. From the pool to the work rooms, gym to grill area, this place is one of most spectacular i’ve seen in miami. You will not be disappointed. CB
Since the scaffolding and construction has been ongoing since December, we have received several updates, including one today June 6–but we have not been given the most vital information: Can Amli at Mueller let us know how the drainage issue that caused the outside structural apartment damage is being remediated? Be decent human beings? See my Yelp post or the e-mail to the office manager! My apartment is humming with dehumidifiers at 95 degrees. I will need to compromise my health and property so strangers could come and fix walls that are damaged by what appears to be neglect (5 to 7 other units have damaged other apartments this week). And I get zero empathy or concern as my whole life and living conditions get compromised and violated!
