Do yourself a favor and do not live here. I have lived here for 2 years and have not had ANY issues until recently. I do not know if it was someone who just moved in or been here a while, however, I started getting harassed back in July. The first email was about loud music. I’m so so so so disappointed with my new apartment here at Amli Frisco Crossing. I recently moved from the 2nd floor to the 1st floor. I was never notified when I moved that I would be next to a “sprinkler room”. 3 weeks into living here I have been woken up twice by an EXTREMELY loud compressor that is located next to my bedroom. I’ve notified leasing of this issue and they blatantly told me “sorry, there’s nothing we can do” “you must just be sensitive to noise” “it’s never been an issue before”. Second time fire alarms are going off. Last time in July now it’s August. Always at 10:30pm at night and ongoing. Very stressful do not live here!!!
MOLD in my apartment and the management blame you for not opening the air condition. Thank you after 8 months in the apartment that this is the answer and customer service. I will not recommend any other person to move to this building.
The construction noise is completely unbearable, and it shows no signs of getting better. The worst part is that management refuses to take any action besides posting a template in response to each and every review. I have a decibel meter, and today I measured noises exceeding 80dB; according to the CDC this can be harmful to hearing with prolonged exposure.
