RecommendedWe have lived here for about 3 years now, and we have loved it! The apartments are great, the location is convenient for those who use the light rail, but most importantly the staff has been wonderful. They take a personal approach to working with you, and they want to help you enjoy your time living here. Good management really makes a difference :)
Toured a number of properties in the area and AMLI Dry Creek checked all of our boxes. The spacious, wonderfully maintained, beautifully finished units are everything we were hoping for and more. But it was the friendly leasing agent, Bri, who made all of the difference and gave us the feeling that we had found our new home. She was friendly, welcoming, and informative, and most importantly, wildly responsive with our follow up Qs. Very impressed and excited to pick up our keys later this week.

AMLI Dry Creek has been fantastic! I moved here from out of state without seeing the apartment for a new job. Have now been here two years. Good location close to major stores, safe area, amenities are great, the building is well taken care of, and the staff are all fantastic! I've only ever had to call for a few minor things and every time the staff response has been great and within a timely manner. I honestly don't think I've ever lived in a better apartment complex. Definitely recommended!

We have lived at Amli Dry Creek for nearly 2 years now. They have been nothing but kind, open, and helpful! We sadly are leaving the property because we are buying a house. However, we have absolutely loved living here! The maintenance staff is quick to respond to service requests, the front office is the best leasing office I've ever worked with, and all of the residents are extremely friendly. If you work in the DTC or need quick access to the Light Rail, Amli Dry Creek is the perfect apartment!
Nice place to live, awesome parking garage without cameras and the worlds worst security crew ever. Personally seen and affected by more crime in the parking garage of amli dry creek then I have ever seen in my life.
Unfairly charged $600+ for so called damage to fridge upon moving out. Would never recommend this building or corporation. Lost my business forever.
