Ridiculously expensive! There are other better options in market for less price.

The Retreat at Park Meadows is one of the top luxury properties in our area and we do change our pricing on a regular basis and make sure we are competitive with similar properties in the area. We are in the process of redoing our pool, clubhouse and apartment homes! We have added exciting new features such as a dog park for our residents. RATS, RATS! There is a rat problem. Renters are concerned about their pets and damage being done to their cars. I would rate this complex much better overall, but the lack of urgency and inept response from upper level management/general manager, particularly when public health concerns arise, are quite worrisome.
