I have been without air conditioning for the last two months and the leasing office won't even respond to my e-mails or maintenance requests.

RecommendedI think the Retreat is a great neighborhood close to so many different kinds of entertainment, restaurants, & shopping! The community is so grassy and large that we feel like we have our own sanctuary away from city life! Defs recommend!

We very recently moved into the Retreat and have had a very positive experience so far. The renovated apartments are beautiful inside, and the leasing office has had a nice "facelift". I really enjoy the gym, pool, and amazon hub for the packages. The staff have been kind and easy to work with. For instance, when we first moved in, one of the sinks water wouldn't get hot and we put in a work order and they were there the same day! Also, some of the gym equipment started to have issues and I asked them to fix them, and they h... read more
