The reason for this rating is the office staff.. once myself n my friend went and complained to the office about the people coming from other community to this community for the gym.. they come enjoy their exercise and we as residents do not get chance to workout as the gym is busy with the people from outside community... we also asked them to email to all residents about this but all in vain... looks like leasing office staff is serious about the complaint... so I feel soon people from other community will n the gym and no... read more

The reason i am writing a 4 is they is Really nice helpful Office Staff like Kristina. They always take care of my needs. they are improving from when i first moved in. There are still some issues with maintenance and security of the pool and hot tub. Over all i am happy to be there because i know they are trying to be better and that is all that matters. I have worked with Kristina and she has been awesome, i recommend anyone to work with her.
