I had to utilize home health services for my wife who had knee surgery after getting injured on the job. Amity home health wasn’t our first option but they were the first company to call us and set up the first appointment. Daisy was very helpful with assisting us with our insurance and explained our covers and costs. Rohit was our nurse who came and did the first visit, he was very polite and patient considering he had to wait outside until I was able to open the visitor gate for him. My grandmother was referred to amity for home health services for her knee surgery. The initial set up was smooth and the nurse came 24 hours after discharge. We had some issues at first with the scheduling Bc my grandma was also in and out for other appointments, but once the nurse came the LVN followed the next day. Derrick was very helpful and gentle with my grandmothers wound. He would call and check up regularly. We also had a PT come only little progress with her mobility.
