Today, first time n his office. Everyone was very welcoming, front desk, checking out, nurses ,all were awesome. Dr. Reddy, explained everything, ask my wife and I if we had any questions. Super great Dr., CHI, should b proud 2 have him . I would very highly recommend him, 2 anyone.
Not sure of the quality of the doctor, we were very disappointed with the inability to get an appointment scheduled due to the scheduling personnel, needing to wait and call back on repeated occasions. We ended up finding a different provider that was much more prompt with their scheduling. We never did get the final call back from Roddy’s office to schedule our appointment. Given the severity of the situation this was highly unprofessional.
