After triaged I was told by the Medical Assistant that Dr. Petri was with a patient and there was one before me. I waited 50 minutes and then asked the Medical Assistant on when I'll seen. The Medical Assistant walked into the room that Dr. Petri was in and told Dr. Petri that I inquired about when I will be seen. If you are an average patient, this physician and his practice will work great for you. However, if you have a complicated case history, he and it will not. Their care landed me in the ER because they refused to do a proof of cure U/A, and then it landed me in emurgent care because they put me on the same ineffective med for the third time. When that resulted in another infection, they had to put me on it a fourth time because they only ordered a partial sensitivity panel, despite allergies and resistance to four antibiotics... read more
I would highly recommend Dr. Tandon. He answered all my questions. When I told him I was nervous about the procedure he was very understanding. He was wonderful to me.
One of my co-workers recommended Dr. Tandon and I will recommend him to anyone that is looking for an eye doctor.
Dr. Tandon has a wonderful bedside manner. He did a great job of explaining the cataract procedure and the follow up visits. I would use him again.
Dr. Weiss did not have time to answer my questions, shortly after my heart ablation procedure in July. I wanted to know what to expect when I got home. He jokingly told me that he would leave that up to the discharge nurse, because he may tell me something wrong. I was given a piece of paper that focused on wound care. I had cataract surgery on my left eye. The entire process was so simple and Dr. Tandon and the staff were wonderful. I really appreciate his professionalism and great attitude-he put me completely at ease before and after the procedure. The staff were so kind and attentive. I would recommend Dr. Tandon and the OSU Eye Institute to anyone, without hesitation.
