From the first time I met with Dr Tandon he was very easy to talk to about the reason for my visit to his office. He explained my issues and what the process would be to correct this . He did not treat me as just another surgical procedure,he was right to the point but in a easy to understand way. Terrible. Simply the worst therapist I've ever known.
She scheduled my husband’s appointment at 3:25pm and we are still waiting and its now 5:16pm. We always seem to have to wait for her over two hours. I believe she does it on purpose. Perhaps she has a certain feeling about my husband and I and wants us not to come back. I think I know why, but won’t say but I think when you see us it’s quite apparent.
Dr. Tandon was wonderful. He explained the procedure, answered all of my questions, & was available if I had any additional questions.
Dr. Tandon and his staff were exceptional. From my very first visit to the day after my second eye surgery visit. He made me feel so at ease and confident about the operations that I never felt nervous or anxious. In fact the first surgery on my right eye was so pleasant I looked forward to the left eye. My wife is having her cataracts done in March and Dr. Tandon is the only one she would have to do the operation. By the way my eye site has never been better. Thank you Dr. Tandon!
Dr Tandon is very knowledgeable, experienced and calming. Every step of the cataract procedure is explained clearly by him and his support staff. I would highly recommend him. He is the "cataract guru".
I have been going to Dr Walter for years. I wouldn’t go any where else. He listens to me and tried to help me.
Dr. Amit Tandon and his staff are the best. He performed cataract surgery on both of my eyes. He did each eye on separate occasions, so I had a total of 5 visits with him and his staff and everything went smoothly, on time, no delays. His bedside manner is calming and he never seems rushed to get to the next patient. His staff are so nice, kind and caring. Thank you Dr. Tandon, staff and OSU Havener Eye Institute.
Be prepared to answer the question ‘Get it?’ every five seconds. Education is important so it would help if Dr. Oas would slow down a bit while ‘educating’ the patient on their particular disorder. Still I believe he diagnosed correctly after almost a year of chasing rabbit trails. I am getting better and appreciate being sent to him by my ENT.
