Rip off artist! Beware!!! This company owned by Raphael Cervera and his wife are a complete disaster!!! I paid them to help me find a home that I was interested in and being listed under Mr. Cervera. He told me that he will only receive the money if the sale was made. When calling about the house he kept giving me the run around to see if he can sell it for more then the price he had advertised. I had been looking for a property for over 6 months, I was looking for a good deal like everyone in Miami.
