Dr. Boghosian replaced my Left Knee (3/17) and Right Knee (9/21) in my opinion couldn’t have gone better and I couldn’t be happier! Dr. “B” is the best!
I was told prior to my bunionectomy that it would be covered by medicare. Yet several items were not covered. Yet medicare after 3 months is still declining 3 items for thousands of dollars. Therefore my supplemental will not pay also. Very disappointing. May not go back for any more follow up appointments. I don't need the expense nor aggravation.
I haven’t had surgery yet so my experience with Dr O’Connell was only an office visit. It was good and I felt comfortable using him as my surgeon. My experience with his scheduling person is awful. She never answers the phone and returns calls days later. There is no direct number to the office. I am just looking for information for what I’m supposed to before surgery and what to expect after surgery. It shouldn’t be that difficult to talk to someone without having to complain to Desert Oasis
Excellent surgeon = did both of my knee replacements + diagnosed quickly/excellent bedside manner + excellent outcomes!
Dr. Diltz performed my ACL surgery four years ago and it as good as new. I have full range of motion and the same strength that I had before the surgery. I was able to snow ski within 5 months of the surgery (though not advised) and I am not limited in any way. He did ACL surgery one month before me on my wife and it has been extremely successful. I can’t say enough good things about this doctor and his team. I was blessed to get him by luck of the draw. I had had a Cortizone shot and Doctor Bogosian said I needed to wait a total of three months prior to having surgery. I asked her if I could have physical therapy prior to surgery and he gave me the OK. I came to him because basically I couldn’t walk. I was in so much pain and I’m 75 years old and a golfer. I wanted to write this review to thank Dr.Tahernia for giving me my life back pain-free. I was told many years ago by my doctor that I would always have to take opioids and that surgery probably wouldn't help much, if at all, so I just believed him and unfortunately lived with this chronic pain and addiction to opioids. Six months ago Dr. Boghosian performed my robotic assisted knee replacement and I could not be more happy or thankful for his expertise. There is no surgar coating of the after pain or discomfort which comes with this major surgery, but I am convinced my 5" scar and my 2 months of difficulty was worth it. At my physical therapy office, the people I met who had "non robotic assisted" knee replacment had much more difficulty and longer recovery than I at 75 years.
