Run from this dentist!!!! We went bc our insurance changed from a PPO to an HMO. He took xrays and pictures, never poked around in my mouth to feel for soft spots. Said I need to replace ALL of my fillings bc they were old and surrounded by decay and that I had 3 cavities. I had just been to the dentist 6 months before. Its nice when you go into a dental office that doesnt have that nasty dental office smell. Well I loved that when I walked in to agoura dental for he first time it smelled like flowers! lol The front office ladies Kate And Pam were so nice- My visit was quick any easy I needed to have a cleaning and it went so smooth. I loved the machine they used for my cleaning too. It was quick and pain free. Love my new dentist!
Entered the office with a bad tooth ache and had never been there before. I went in and told the lady I needed to see the doctor for the pain I was in but also have no dental insurance and am on a budget. She proceeded to tell me that their office offers a discount plan or their in-house insurance to patients that have no insurance. I thought that was really cool and ive never herd of that before. My Insurance switched and I found Agoura Dental which carried my new insurance. I called and made an appointment right away. They got me in rather quick. I Met Dr. Amir and his staff who were all friendly. Dr. Amir was very helpful in explaining the work that needed to be done on me. The front office gave me a breakdown and what my co-pays would be. They were very reasonable and took care of my treatment within 3 visit. Glad a found a efficient doctor that I like and cares about his patients.
No long waiting period, friendly staff, detailed explanation of services, easy payment plan, I called at 9:30am about a tooth ache, they scheduled me that day, I was out in 2 hours, painfree and happy. I was so afraid to go but they really put you at ease. Agoura Dental is Great~
went in with pain- Dr. was able to see me right away no long waiting- ended up gettin my tooth pulled and It was pretty quick-everyone was so nice and complementary. Lets just say Im so glad I found an Honest caring dentist.
Excellent doctor- I called because I couldnt get into my dentist because they are only open every other friday and I needed to be seen asap for the pain I was having.They fit me in right away! I ended up needing a root canal! I was totally bummed but knew I needed to take care of it before the tooth hda to be pulled. Kate gave me the breakdown for my insurance and we got started right away! Dr. Amir was so gentle and it went quick n pain free. I love everyone so much im switching so They are my new office!!!
Have been going to Agoura for a year now. All my visits are simple pain free and not a complete drag in my day..The staff is great and very helpful. I like that it is a smaller practice and its on a more personable level.
