Was assigned to Dr.Amir s office by my insurance so I called to set up my check up and cleaning appointment. The front office was nice got me in the following week, I went in for my app. at 2pm and I was brought in right after I finished my paperwork. I had my x-rays taken and the doctor did his exam I didn t have any cavities just needed my cleaning done. I found everyone to be very nice and my cleaning went smooth. Worst dental experience ever. This is coming from someone who loves the dentist. They kept me waiting, without an apology or consideration, for 40 minutes. Then the dentist tell me that I have to have all of this work done (without taking x-rays), which I knew to be a untrue. I have a very healthy mouth and was just at the dentist 6 month agos. I had a really ood experiance at aguora dental. I set up my appointment for my check up and cleaning and was nervous because I have never been there before. As soon as I met Dr.Amir I was totally comfortable he made me at ease. I had a few cavities and the lady in front gave me my co-pays and I set up next app. I just finished my treatment and dr.Amir was really gentle and I had a great experiance1
Went to the office for a cleaning with no dental insurance. the nice front office girl Kate told me about the in house discount plan they offer to their patients with no insurance. It was such a great plan 2 free reg. cleanings per yr 2 exams and x-rays also for one fee for the whole year! Cant beat that! Dr. Amir was so smart and efficient.Over all love my new dental office!
My insurance assigned me to Dr.Amirs office. I called and made my appointment because I wanted to go check out the office and the doctor before I brought the whole family- Front office lady was super nice on the phone gave me the app. I wanted. I called to see if they had any emergency opens bc I was having a pain on one of my teeth. Kate, the front office lady worked the schedule out to fit me in- I went there (not happy bc i hate the dentist) kate was so polite and the assistant was very gentle when she took X-rays of my mouth. Dr, Amir came in with big smile and was very kind- we looked over the x-rays together he explained in detail what was going on and what needed to be done. I had a great experiance at agoura dental. I called and asked the ffront lady a lot of questions because these days you never know what your going to get. She was very educated about the doctor and how things worked. I do not have dental insurance and they offered me the In-house discount plan which I found to be very helpful and saved me money. Overall I will be returning to Dr.Amirs office for future treatment.
I dont normally write reviews but I felt I had to for Dr. Amir! He was great! I called late at night around 10pm on a friday night expecting to get a voicemail and thought id just leave a message so they can get back to me on monday regarding the pain I was experiencing from my two molars on my right side. Anyways, I called expecting to get a voicemail, instead I got a nice friendly voice on the line. It was Dr. Amir himself!
