GREAT MASSAGE BUT..... – after my spa package I walked up to the cashier, where pretty much the whole staff waited for me, two things that pretty much my whole visit, they tried to sell their organic skin product and when I said I will think about it they all frowned and insisted a bit more, I felt they were too pushy, they bad mouthed the brand clinique and then asked me for the gratuity, which should never had happened, I said "I have it right here and you should not have asked me for it" the manicure and pedicure were slo... read more
The worst ever – The girl Jennifer was the worst stylist I had ever been to and worst attitude ever no customer service at all. If I were her boss I would have fored her on the spot. I would report her to the BBB so quickly!!!!!!
Great Place for Hair and Spa Services! – I really enjoy my experience every time I go to Amici's. Not sure why others on the reviews complain about the receptionist staff, I find them all to be very friendly and warm. I go to Eva for hair and she is FANTASTIC! I go to Michelle for eyebrow waxes and facials and she is the best at what she does! I go to Linda for massages and she is just simply the BEST! I have been to other upscale salons spending lots more to receive far less. I recommend Amici's to everyone!!
bad people trying to give amici bad reputation – the owner of le chic wrote most of the bad reviews for amici and they do the same thing for the other salons around Tuskawilla RD,this sounds they have no clients and are desperate to make money.
LINDA'S THE BEST – Linda has been my hairdresser for over 7 years. She always listens to my requests, is very patient with me, and does a beautiful job. She colors, cuts and styles my hair. Seven years - need I say more!
JUST TERRIBLE AND OVERPRICED – You don't get what you pay for. I looked worse when I left than when I came in and it cost me a pretty penny. I recently went to Le Chic Salon right across the street and got a better job and and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg.
great make-up..... – when i first walked into the salon, everyone greeted me and asked if i wanted anything to drink. i was going to a wedding that day and needed some make-up advice. Jenn Morales did my make-up for me and was very knowledgeable. she taught me different techniques and tips to help me with doing everyday make-up. She made me feel very welcomed (as well as the entire staff) and made me look beautiful for my sisters wedding later that day.
Worst Salon I ever beent to – I only had 1 experience with this salon and that was enough. The people there are not good with people and the prices are too high. I ended going to another full service salon next to CiCis pizza and love it. Susan
Waste of money – I received a couple hundred gift certificate as a gift. After looking over their over priced menu for several weeks, i finally decided to go for a massage. The massage was ok, the lady was friendly and professional.. However, it was not what i expected. It was more like a rub down. The front counter employees are young, unprofessional, and just wonder around with nothing else to do other than gossip with one another.
