After I was turned away from two vets that were to busy to look at my dog after she was attacked by another dog and bitten in the face. I called here and they said bring her right away. I walked in the door and was greeted. They took my baby and had to do emergency surgery on her face. They were right on it. They made us feel welcome and I knew my baby was in good care. Thank you thank you so much for taking in my baby right away. If you wouldn't of she might have died. I can't say thank you enough. ���

Recommended5 stars I absolutely love them. They saved my dog Kady when she got really sick because of a piece of wire in her intestines and had to have surgery. And they do an excellent job in preventive care and keeping my babies well and healthy. They are all a very great staff especially Dr. Davis who usually see my babies. Very compassionate and caring. Thank you all so much!

Now I know why I shouldn't have went their! Couldn't even get the Estimate Right, didn't do a Thorough Exam. Couldn't do the Surgery that they would have found out if they were Competent in their Exam. I shouldn't have had to Pay for anything since it was their fault, and they just gave up. BBB is next!

A place you can bring a dog with a 13 inch gash and get charged $300 for a 50 cent rap. They did nothing to help my brothers dog while she was injured. So if you like a place that is arrogant to their customers and over changes the hell out of you, this is the place for you! They dont care about your pet all they care about is money. DONT bring your pet to them. We went to a different animal hospital and they helped her right away, stitched her up, rapped her, and gave us the medication needed for a fraction of the price Amh... read more

Thank you for taking my call, As we discussed on the phone, this emergency was two years ago and our medical records show different information than what you described. The answering service recorded your call at 8:00 pm after hours and the veterinarian met you at 8:15 pm. The estimate for the surgery was $600, which you agreed to and scheduled for the next day. This has been our vet for 3 years. Today Dr. Lance found out my dog had a tumor on her heart. She was very kind to us and gave us the time we wanted with her before she passed. I can’t thank her enough for all she has done for all of our dogs.
