RecommendedThey were kind and compassionate when we had to put Gracie to sleep today. Dr Beyers treated her like she was his own dog. We weren’t rushed at all and took the time we needed to say goodbye. I held Gracie until the very end while my heart broke in a million pieces. We will see Gracie again at the rainbow bridge someday.
RecommendedStaff is always super friendly and genuinely care about the animals that they treat. The facility is always super clean and they are very understanding of animals with special needs. They are also very thorough and I never feel rushed. I recommend VCA to everyone!
I would NEVER recommend Burrstone Animal Hospital to anyone. The girl working at the reception desk (Nadia) should not have that position very cold absolutely no empathy, rude the list goes on. Do yourself a favor and go to Waterville the amazing receptionist there was welcoming, warm, cared and got my sick dog in for an emergency visit within an hour. Do better Burrstone!

RecommendedI recently boarded my two dogs at VCA Old Town and was very pleased with the excellent attention and care they received while they were there. Careful attention was paid to special diet and med requirements & they were exercised and given play time too. I also appreciated that VCA vet tech’s took the time to give me updates about them while I traveled overseas (including photos). Great job VCA Old Town!

RecommendedI adopted my boy Walgreens from VCA Woodland South and they’ve been nothing but outstanding when it comes to caring for him. I can’t thank Dr George enough for taking him in so he could find his forever home and Sarah for loving him until I found him we’ll always be back to see you!!
RecommendedI love this place! The staff is just beyond amazing and always welcoming us with smiles at the front desk when I walk in with either of my pups. The care and attention our dogs get is just exactly what you would want. The doctors are amazing as well, they always answer any questions I have without hesitation and they never make me feel rushed. I definitely know my two dogs are in good hands Roxy and Emma say hi
We have been taking our pets here since 2012 and up until very recently it’s been an easy & pleasant experience!! The last few women we have spoke to on the phone have been VERY rude and because of this we are switching to a new clinic!!
