Went and had my daughters pet cremated with a paw print. Picked up the ashes today and no paw print. They excuse was they FORGOT!! They refunded my whole amount like that was good enough. The woman behind the counter in a sarcastic way said “”At least you got his ashes”” REALLY Than being told to calm down. WOW, will NEVER EVER bring a pet there AGAIN!!!!!!!

Dr. Seymour is a horrible veterinarian and I would NEVER bring any animal to her again. Mandy Seymour who doesn’t even deserve to be called a vet diagnosed my cat with cancer INCORRECTLY and had him on unneeded steroids for months until his health started to decline from SEYMOURS care. I’m so thankful I followed my intuition and brought him to a new vet. Not only did my cat NOT have cancer Seymour had him on a thyroid medication that wasn’t helping. I brought my human's new cat in for a vaccine and a microchip. He's not sure if he wants to spay her and I don't get to make that decision so I asked if we could get her birth control for now. The vet was nice but this receptionist was such a c***. We have been taking our fur babies here for almost 12 years. Dr. Osier and staff are absolutely amazing! They are the most personable and caring people. The compassion they showed when we recently lost our 10 year black lab, and several years ago when we lost our 12 year old Maltese, the hand written cards, the calls to check on us, mean the world to us. I was just in to see Dr. Danboise today with my 16 year old cat. Dr. D. always has wonderful bedside manner and is extremely caring and compassionate as well as knowledgeable. She really listens and hears what the individual has to say regarding their pet and I never feel rushed when I see her. Vet Tech. I dealt with today El was friendly and kind also. I’ve been bringing my animals to Dr. D. since 1997-1998 and will continue to do so.
