Great atmosphere, however, service was terrible! There really needs to be better system in place. Maybe giving numbers for food or something. Also, you need to treat your customers better. One of my friends friend, came to us and complained about the service he received at the bar. They decided to go ahead and leave. Oh yeah, and our waitress never brought us our waters. 2 appetizers=45 bucks 3 games for 2 adults and 1 child plus shoes=78 bucks Overpriced to say the least!!! Won't be going back to this place!!!
Don't bother wasting your money here. It's too over priced and they have the crappiest of service. This is my first time here and the worst experience ever. We spent a little over $200 for my sons party and nope worst mistake. We would have had better service at PPP and paid way less
Place looks nice and laser tag was fun however everything we ordered was terrible from the pizza to nachos to the humus with the pita chips. The cookie with the ice cream was good other than that my group and I had a great time, in the end we went to bowl not to eat lol. If they change a few more things it will be even better . Monday night you play unlimited games .
Looks nice here but 5 hr wait to play. Games kinda pricey and prizes suck for kids. Waited forever for a waitress to get our order. We came to have fun with out of towners. Either a bad night. Kinda bummed smh
I visited the place recently just to see what this place is about..very nice inside..but i sit here reading the reviews and im like "no way" i see alot of issues others have experienced there and too many apologies over and over again from management..seems like issue is not resolved. Also if its too hectic on the best times to go especially on saturdays, sundays, and mondays...then i suggest getting with DM or Regional to lower rates for other days so these issues do not occur with the wait times and service. This is ridiculous been waiting for 45 minutes,during this whole time there was more than ten lanes open. The only thing the manager could say is that they are messaging people. The poor person working one section has been here since six, it's now 730 and she just got her first table. Horrible horrible management
After sitting in there for an hour with little service I walked out with my upset child but what can one expect when there is nothing but teenagers walking around talking instead of working. One waitress did serve my husband a drink when I waved her down but she never came back again to see if we needed anything even though we said we wanted to order food. Don't waste your time or money!
