Love the knew look but could use a help staff availability to help out the guest. It was very busy and hard to get help without chasing down staff. My mother in-law waited at the bar for 20 min before walking away because no one came to assist her with an order.

My family of four decided to try it out. We loved the decor and how it was set up. We also thought the food was very good. What we were disappointed with was the lack of customer service for the amount of money you are paying. (Not a cheap family outing) we had to ask if a server was going to come and get our order after waitin for a while. They seemed short hand and staff not well trained. Me and my family went out to have fun and check it out. It was fun besides the customer service. We had to go ask for our server then it took him 20 mins to come and take our order. We played 5 games in bowling was great other then server

Arcade was down. Credit cards were offline. Very crowded. No real choices for bowling balls. The best part was our server and the pizza.
