Had the best time. Really innovative menu. The chicken tenders were not frozen... They were hand-breaded and fried. The jalapeño ranch dipping sauce was my favorite. The place is new, lots of energy and it looks like the manager John has things under control. Very friendly guy and an asset to Bowlero.

How can you run out of the beer that is on "special" every week or every other week? As league bowlers we do not have another option of places to go. If you can not stock properly there should be another beer offered at the special price.

Honestly they lost my business. The lane we were at had a computer glitch, so they reset the game. Which is understandable, we tried it again and it still had the glitch. They move us to the next lane which runs on the same computer and of course it had a glitch. So they told us they can reset the game again and still broken. No offer by staff to move us to a different lane, only got offered for another reset. And when we decided to leave still no offer to get switched to another lane just an " Im sorry, come back again" -_-

The food was really awesome, however the customer service here is more than lacking. We waited over 5 minutes to even be greeted at the bar to order food and drinks and then when we went to inquire about lane and bowling shoe prices were skipped over at the counter several times. When we finally called attention to ourselves to the employee in the booth we were given attitude and still didn't get the information we needed. The place was nice but service was terrible. We sat for an hour and a half and had to go to the counter several times before they told us they had called us on the phone an hour before that. We had no missed calls or voice mail. Had to call the manager over because the girl at the counter was arguing with us. They need to figure out the kinks and get a better staff.

It looks nice inside but that's where it stops.... Have to wait two hours to bowl yet there was at least 12 lanes open that I could count..... Ok so kids went to laser tag instead that's ok... Was waiting for waiter to put in order and nope kids went in came out from playing and still no service

Burgers over cooked and hard as a rock. A whataburger Jr. Is bigger and cost less. Dirty tables. Restrooms where disgusting. And the service was bad.
