The Laser Tag Operator was fun, full of personality. So animated. So many options, it's a popular place obviously because it was packed. Great atmosphere. Glad to know CC incorporated so much under one roof. I look forward to going again! I see some of these petty comments in reviews. *rolls eyes*
Came with a group had a lot of fun! Pizza was really good
Customer service needs alot of work. Told 40 minute wait for a Lane. Ok no problem. Kept checking about every 30 minutes after 1.5 hour of waiting went up to see why so long only to find they had marked my name off the list and served 5 people that were after me. Then told me that I would go back on the list at the end.
Had an awesome time! Corpus needed this. Will definitely be back.
Too expensive and poor service on food and drinks. The price to bowl a game is ridiculous, and no discount for league bowlers. Lane approaches are horrible and borderline dangerous. If the prices don't get lowered on everything, this place won't survive.
First time here. Great concept, horrendous execution. Not crowded and the service was nonexistent. Now I know why there is no crowd on a Saturday. Food is OK if you can find a waiter/server. Seems this place is trying to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. This place should be hopping with people. Please fix your service issues. Corpus needs a place like this.
Service was horrible, front desk was rude to us when we asked how long the wait was. It was a young man and he was cocky. People were not even using their lanes and we still had to wait. Bartender was super slow, had to remind him twice about our drinks. Some of the games in the arcade didn't even work. Remodel was nice, but overall place was unorganized and needs major customer service training.
