They have so many gnats flying around their bar area. DISGUSTING. First lane i was on went down took them 30 minutes and me requesting to move for them to take action. 2nd lane went down by then im frustrated just give me my money back. Which they did but only for 1 game. OVERPRICED. not worth the time.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'm a really easy going person and have never written a bad review, but what happened tonight really upsetted me. My experience is too long to type, but I would never treat anyone or talk to anyone the way the punk at the front desk talked to me and my family. word is your establisment is denying that an altercation took place there a few days ago. it's obvious that it happened there.
Took my family out there and had a good time. Gave them a four instead of a five because of service wait time. Considered giving them a three, but our waitress was friendly. However, we saw her very few times. And when we did get an opportunity to order anything, the items took forever to get to our table. Could be a much better place, if they had more help on hand.
Paid 30$ for 6 beers ina bucket! They ran my card and opened the beers before telling me the price so I was forced to pay that amount. All the manager said was she could give me some free bowling and I got coupons for buy one get one free ????? It didn't make up for not being told what my total was and also the lane broke 3 times during three games. I'm a stay at home mom and my husband and I don't get out a lot. Drove a long way to enjoy our daughter's birthday and although the games were fun,the service was absolutely Horrible.
