Amazing work by Samantha Collier in support of negotiating a settlement with one of the largest cell service providers in the US. Samantha went toe-to-toe with the giant and came out with a big win for us, getting us back 100% of what we were owed. She was very responsive and communicated clearly throughout the process. Ridiculous. The ”attorney” shows up half an hour late for the phone consultation and could not answer the technical question that I asked. Additionally, the follow-up email is full of typo. Whoever trusts the service here, good luck to you. 👍
