If i can give the apartment negative stars i would. I have lived here for almost a year and it has been the worst experience ever. They have a major roach problem and refuse to hire an actual exterminiator to have the apartments fumigated but are really quick when noticing that payments are late. its chaotic and in all honesty im surprised they have remained afloat due to all the building violations alone.
I applied for an apartment on Monday, 7/31/23. There were several units listed as being available in mid-to-late August, and my last lease ended 8/25/23. After paying a $50 application fee and a $100 holding deposit (debit card or e-check only, no credit cards), I called and left a voicemail, I sent a message through the website portal, and I also sent a message through Zillow. Cops have been getting called here almost nightly. Don't know if there has been a management change, but it has gone to hell in the last two years.
Worst roach problem EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They also bait you in with lies. They told me I was going to have a garbage disposal and i didnt. They showed me 1 apartment and moved me into another saying they were the same. BIG BIG BIG lie!!!!!!!
