There is homeless people wondering on the grounds and two kept shuffling past my unit. my unit smelt like it was soaked in urine. The whole place kind of does! The worst of the whole experience was the manager. Chelsea is extremely unprofessional. Besides her not taking my concerns seriously, she was also talking and behaving in a loose and inappropriate manner to my fiancé and me.
