I had a few cavities that needed some more extensive work then just being filled. Drilling then filling was required to fix the issue. With that came a few shots to numb the area (this is typically the worst part) Dr. Cahill did an incredible job at making this process practically pain free. From scheduling through arrival, dental hygiene, and dentist’s exam the focus is on you and your dental health. A very pleasant experience.
My visit to Ames Family Dental was excellent. We were greeted warmly by the receptionists and Kelly was ready for me. She was pleasant, caring, and gentle with my teeth! Dr. Patten has up to date equipment and procedures. I was able to make my next appointment to repair a few small things and also my next 6 month appointment. I highly recommend this office and staff.
I have been going to Ames Family Dental for over 30 years. During that time the exceptional service has remained unchanged. The staff is kind and caring. I'd recommend this dental office to anyone who is looking for a dental home.
I can't remember how long I've been seeing Dr. Good and Lori. The great service has and still is the same. The one change I enjoy is the new location. I will recommend Ames Family Dental to all who need exceptional dental work. When you walk in the door the greeting makes you feel like your family not a patient . I had my first visit yesterday, and the staff was warm and welcoming to me, the facilities were immaculate and the equipment cutting edge, and the Kelly & Dr. Patten were the consummate professionals. I felt confidence in their care, and I’m confident that I found a excellent dentist in my new town.
As always, my experience was one of excellent attention, expertise and treatment. I was fortunate that a broken filling was discovered before further problems developed. (You must be doing something right; I have been a patient of Dr. Good for about 46 years.)
