Dr. Patten was AMAZING! He was extremely gentle and caring. He made my comfort a priority!! I valued that tremendously because it helped keep my anxiety to a minimum. All the staff were very welcoming and kind as well! A+++
Each time I have a dental appointment here I'm reminded of the outstanding service they provide. Not only do I have the utmost confidence in their work, but it comes in such a friendly and warm environment, it takes all the anxiety out of the experience. The chair assistant, Lori, has a great personality and we enjoy catching up and laughing a lot. Both Dr. Good and Dr. Patton show great concern for their patients, and provide excellent dental care - I've never been disappointed.
Ames Dental got me in very quick to get my chipped tooth fixed. The tour was very reassuring of the quality of care you can expect. Doctor was on time and very helpful and explained what needed to be done. the dental assistant was very helpful also. I would highly recommend this business for your dental needs. I had my first appointment a few days ago, and was very impressed with their customer service. Everyone there was very friendly and welcoming. My hygienist did a great job on my teeth and didn't once nag about flossing! The dentist helped me plan out steps for taking care of some problems long overdue to be fixed. Overall, it was a great visit.
Ames Family Dental feels more like a home than a dental office. It's warm and inviting and the staff is friendly and makes both my young children and myself feel at ease. We are always seen right away and I appreciate how the staff takes time to explain things and answer questions. Highly recommend!

I had my clean & check, then my 3 year old went right after me for his first dentist appointment! Lori and Dr Patten were amazing with my little guy and he had a blast getting his teeth cleaned! The next morning he said he didn't want to eat breakfast and ruin his "new teeth." :)
As a veteran taking advantage of your special day I was treated by the staff and Dr. Patten with excellent care and concern for my well being in having a dreaded tooth extraction. I will be referring the Ames Family Dental practice to others whenever the occasion arises.
I recently called to make my first appointment with Ames Family Dental. They were able to get me in same-day. Everyone was polite, professional, and awesome, including the receptionist, x-ray tech, hygienist, and Dr. Patten. The facility itself was comfortable, clean, and had complementary wifi. At the end of the appointment, I was not asked to pay estimated uncovered costs ahead-of-time (other dentists do this, and usually estimate wrong).
