Cancelled on my own scheduled repair twice in a row. When he did repair my phone I got it back and my screen is blue now as well as multiple dead pixels. Never owned up to his own mistakes and refused to give me a refund. Now I’m forced to go to Apple and pay again for a repair.
Have gotten 2 different iPhones fixed by Mitch! He’s very respectful and reasonable! Great guy.
