Brian Linder was really easy to work with when getting a quote for a new A/C and furnace for our home. Their price came is better than any of the others we got and they got us on the schedule quickly. The install team of Mike and Dan were courteous, timely, and excellent at execution of the project. We had the outdoor A/C unit relocated and they never complained about crawling in our tiny, dirty crawlspace to do it. I even offered to do it on their behalf and they still did it themselves. Update - January 2025 - We had a relay fail for the humidifier built into our furnace. Ames H&C immediately returned, fixed the problem and now it is working 100%. This is an excellent company! Ames Heating & Cooling installed the HVAC systems in our new Ankeny home that we moved into in November of 2022. Service manager Brad and his team did an excellent job of designing our systems and installing them. We have both a humidifier and dehumidifier built in to our main house system.
