I am beyond frustrated with the service department at Ames Ford Lincoln. I have a 2022 Ford Escape that has been brought in FOUR times over the last two months for the exact same engine and system warning alerts, yet it remains UNREPAIRED. Here is the unacceptable timeline: March 6: Initial visit. March 20: The same warnings reappeared after a "repair." April 2 & April 17: More visits, more excuses about needing "special mechanics."
