Im here because i dont want another unsuspecting hard working american, to have the same experience as i myself experienced. If i was the head of Ford franchising, It would be called Ames "Luxury" Buy Here, Pay Here. The service dept is brazenly condescending and exercises discriminative retaliatory behaviors to their customers when confronted about holes and misinformation in their "stories".
