No show for move-out service – I have had a move-out cleaning scheduled with Ame's Cleaning for over 3 weeks. I even spoke with Ame herself a few days before the cleaning to confirm and speak about a few issues with my first cleaning with her company. The crew was supposed to show up at 8:00 to start cleaning and they did not show. Imagine my surprise to call the office and they are closed for the Memorial Day Holiday on the Thursday before. Great Cleaning, Great Price! – I learned about Ame's Cleaning because I used to see their hot pink cars zipping around town. I gave them a call and was pleased to actually speak to Ame herself - she gave me references right in my own neighborhood. I'd been using a large corporate housekeeping service for a year and was consistently disappointed. The Ame's Cleaning ladies that came to my home did really thorough work. I'm not sorry to say-No Good! – No evidence that the 2 had been trained at all, to fulfill Ame's promises, or anyone's expectations of cleaning. Horrible experience, and costly! I cannot rate this. But I am required to to get this published.

Ame's is GREAT – So many of my neighbors use Ame's so I gave them a try. They were polite, thorough, efficient and well priced. I don't have routine visits (I call when I can't stand my house and need a base to start to attempt to keep clean). Ame does a great job at fitting me in whenever is convenient for me! Very highly recommended by me and I am PICKY!

Sorry to say - not good – I feel so badly saying it because Ame's came recommended (by someone who's job uses them for their office) and I want to support a small biz over a large company. I hired Ame's to clean our new house the day before we moved in so i could unpack straight away. I was shocked to see how poor of a job the two women Ame's sent did. There were huge chunks of dirt on the rug (she said, "oh we're missing the piece to our vacuum"). There was dust on the shelf (she said, "oh we couldn't reach that"). I was al... read more

detailed cleaning every time – We have a home with several types of flooring, carpet, tile, wood and the mess that goes with two kids and a dog. Ame's cleaning comes when they say they will, does a great job every time and takes care of the details, light fixtures, fans ect. so my house is really clean. I've used them for over two years now.

Beware of Ame's – I just had my home cleaned by Ame's. The cleaning was okay but my floors were so sticky that I had to go over them with a wet mop. To their credit, they did a great job neatening my daughter's very messy room. The worst of this experience however was in the pricing. I was given an option of the "detail" ($150-175, includes cleaning baseboards and getting out cobwebs and takes about 8 hours) or the "regular" ($90 still includes cleaning fans and all surfaces but not as deep and takes about 4 hours) service. ... read more

Ame's Cleaning has never been a "one-woman show" - this must have been a miscommunication. Ame does manage the business by herself, but hasn't physically cleaned homes for over 15 years. Ame's is GREAT! – I called Ame's and got EXCELLENT service. The girls came out and got after it. No kidding, I came home to a new house. They cleaned things I didn't even expect. Ame's goes above and beyond and the price is truly reasonable. What a stress reliever. All I can say is THANKS.
