great service and always accomodating – Always do a great job, anytime (rarely) that I notice that something was missed, by leaving a note for the girls it is always corrected. I have had to call a couple of times to change my schedule or last minute company coming in and they have always accomodated this with a pleasant attitude.

Great Service – Ame's girls always do a great job. They are quick and thorough and put forth the extra effort to make us happy. We are so happy with this service! Once, we didn't have clean sheets for the bed (it had been one of those months!) so they stripped the linens, washed them, and put them back on for us. I HIGHLY recommend Ame's Cleaning.

Terrible / Absolutely the worst – Stay away, do not use this service unless you want a dirty house. The cleaning people talked on the phone the whole time. The counters were dirty, floors were dirty (trash on floor big enough to see with the naked eye), dirty dishes left in sink. Was supposed to be here for 3 hours; stayed 1 hour 45 minutes, then service tried to charge me for 3 hours. Total ripoff. It's sad when our only recourse is to write bad reviews. I seriously considered stopping payment on check because this service ... read more

Horrible Service Experience- They Missed Both Appointments! – Very disappointing experience. Called and arranged for cleaning. Was asked if I preferred a.m or p.m., said it didn't matter. Appointment set at 8:00 a.m. At 8:30 no one there, no answer at office. At 9:10 still no one, finally reached office, said to expect them at 10:00. Finally they show up at 11:00. eco-friendly cleaning that is truly clean! – When I heard that Ame's uses eco-friendly products, I was pleased but a little skeptical. I hate traditional chemical smells, but would my house really get clean without them?? I've been with Ame's for 6 mos. and I'm happy to say that Ame's ladies leave my home spotless each time. No chemical smell - it's clean - and I feel better about my toddler and dog running around! Thx Ame's :)
