Our inspector was very knowledgeable and professional, and we would recommend him to anyone purchasing a house. His knowledge of building codes and home construction was exceptional. He was very thorough and provided an excellent report.
He communicated very well about when he was going to arrive, and he gave me an estimate that was spot on. He also had project example pictures and insurance proof that was presented without being asked for. The quality of work was exceptional and I will be using his services in the future. GREAT JOB.
Did an OUTSTANDING job ! Very pleased. Looks brand new. Installed new wood siding to replac rotten wood siding. Installed and painted. Can's even tell that there was ever a problem. Terrific paint matching. Showed up on time, and quidkly performed the repairs.

Excellent handyman and installer. I hired him to install four cabinets in a master bathroom and he had the job done in around four hours total time. It looks great and he was more than capable of handling the job with ease. I will definitely work with Rich again soon on other projects.

Project not yet done, due to having to wait for special order item. That aside, the project has been done well, but took many weeks longer than projected to me.
