Rich was great! My son needed him in a few days and he could accommodate that with no problem. He did a very wonderful job on the inspection. He emailed the report that very same night. I would definitely hire him again.
Rich is a great guy to work with. He did a very detailed job, walked me through EVERYTHING in the house. Showed me any possible issues and how to fix them. He was very prompt in sending me the report back, which helped by having more time to make a decision whether or not I wanted to pursue buying the property. I highly recommend Rich as an inspector. I did not buy the house he just finished inspecting, but I will definitely hire him for my next house I will be putting an offer on.
