The inspector was great: friendly, professional, and thorough. I was nervous about this part of buying a home because we had a terrible experience with the inspection on our last home and it turned out to be a money pit. So I did quite a bit of research for this one and it seems to have paid off. The inspector arrived early to scour the outside of the house, then spent time on the outside with me when I arrived.
