Worst customer service ever!!! Never get my questions answered always on hold and can not get service when needed
Leaky exchange tank
I have been with Amerigas for 25 years and have no complaints except that as an elder it is hard to do. That isn't their fault but it is my reality.
When I first transferred service over with Amerigas, they were great! I spoke with someone locally and they took care of me right away. Fast forward 2 years and they are HORRIBLE! Sometime within the last 2 years they sent all of their calls overseas to a call center in India. Good luck getting any customer service or someone who you can understand on the phone.
