Not super impressed and more than a little irritated... I updated my payment information over the weekend and they still took the money from the wrong account. When I called to get it straightened out I was told there was nothing they could do. Now I gotta juggle some things around and its aggravating because I had things set the way I wanted them. Oh well, I'll keep this situation and the oh-so-awesome customer service inmind when its time to order more propane.

absolutely THE WORST price gouging. fake tank reads.and oressure safety check not done correctly . no one came in my haus yo vomplete process i. e. pilot lights furnace etc... so how did he get a safe reading????? and nobody to address issues. given a glippant answer over the phone and basically called me a liar abt pressure check safety issue. i had 2 professionals vome friday and they both spent hours and both said pressure check w pulot lights has to come in haus as just the reading at the tank is off..... im lookin for a... read more
I waited 10 minutes on hold to ask a simple question then got some guy who could barely speak English. Will not be using this company.
The online ordering process seems much easier than it used to be and the driver was prompt and very friendly/informative
