absolutely THE WORST price gouging. fake tank reads.and oressure safety check not done correctly . no one came in my haus yo vomplete process i. e. pilot lights furnace etc... so how did he get a safe reading????? and nobody to address issues. given a glippant answer over the phone and basically called me a liar abt pressure check safety issue. i had 2 professionals vome friday and they both spent hours and both said pressure check w pulot lights has to come in haus as just the reading at the tank is off..... im lookin for a... read more
I waited 10 minutes on hold to ask a simple question then got some guy who could barely speak English. Will not be using this company.
The online ordering process seems much easier than it used to be and the driver was prompt and very friendly/informative
On time. A fair price. And, since this delivery was for our lake house, where we don't live full time, they sent us a picture of the meter after they filled up to show us exactly how much gas they delivered. Thank you.
My only complaint is that the price per gallon is not listed on the receipt at delivery. How about a little transparency when it comes to pricing? I literally have no idea what I am paying! For this reason only, I will consider changing suppliers.
