First off, if I could give more than 5 stars, I would. We got a quote from Flavio initially and ended up going with another company (who matched Flavio's quote). We will not make that mistake again. We went with another tree removal company and ended up having to hire Flavio and his team at Americut to FIX the inaccurate assessment the other company gave us. We called Flavio (on his cell so had no problem getting a hold of him) on Friday afternoon and he was out the next day on a SATURDAY and even though it was VERY last min... read more
Good work and knew what they were doing.
Ahmet, owner, was very accomodating during the planning and initial phase of the porject. However, he was unable to complete the project due to realizing he underbid the job and would not be able to afford to complete. We revised the contract to reflect partial completion, he signed notarizied lien wavers and warranty and left the job with only our 15 eposit ($1,000) and $400 for materials after working for 3 days with a 4 man crew.
