Horrible. The worst $8,000 I ever spent in my life. There isn't enough room available here to get into all the details but in a nutshell the owner lied to us, insulted us over the phone and then told my wife she was feeling privileged because she married an American. This is a Brazilian company and she is Brazilian too. I have no idea why they named this company Americut being anti-American as it is. Very efficient.
They did good work at a fair price. The crew was very competent. 4 stars (I very rarely give 5).
To took three days to take out one tree and trim another. They had some kind of an equipment issue every day. They did a great job on the removal and the price was good.

The Americut team was responsive and did a very good job removing a large tree from our front yard. The tree was removed with no damage to our shrubs or neighbor's property. They cleaned up very effectively and completely. Americut was very reasonably priced and I highly recommend this company.
