5+ hours waiting in car to have a 15 minute test done. Maybe let people know that it will be hours before they will be seen instead of sitting in 90 degree temps. Poor management of patients time. Medical practices often for get patients are customers. Mistreat customers you soon won't have any. Plus the boredom leaves lots of time to write reviews.

RecommendedWe see Mrs. Crystal Gay. We absolutely love seeing her. My little girl has suffered with having repeated strep for over a year. Mrs. Crystal got us an appointment with Albany ENT and we are finally getting her tonsils out next week. I highly recommend Pediatric Urgent Care :)

RecommendedHighly recommend this urgent care. Health providers on-site are very knowledgeable and thurough. They take the time to really listen to you. something that is lacking with regular doctors. Highly recommend this facility for normal medical treatments.

RecommendedI love the staff they are always so friendly and excepting even when I'm a hot mess they just laugh with me about it and tell me it's okay they always help me with my kids and even with the amount of patients they have they still try to memorize my kids names and I have three they always greet them with kindness and smiles and try to comfort them when they are upset they go out of their way to help me when in there and need to go to my car or the restroom they help watch my kids so I can do so without having to take then all... read more
