Lady at the front desk was rude. Asking me where I lived and trying to compare me to “ these people. Wouldn’t rent here , adding on prices to these that made no sense.

Got a quick swim in while here and it is probably the best hotel pool I’ve ever been in. Very clean, temperature was great, even had a handicap lift, and didn’t have an overwhelming smell of chlorine. I actually smelled Indian food the entire time, which was just divine! Highly recommend and would 100% come back

I will happily return to this hotel. It was exceptionally clean, quiet and the staff was impressively kind. I know this is a long review, but having worked customer service and the fact they were so great I want to be sure I give them credit. I believe those details matter. For starters, I'd messed up our reservation. I'd booked it for the following night. (Nothing like feeling dumb, learning of my mistake at the counter upon our arrival.) Stayed here for a couple nights while visiting our granddaughter. Very clean room. Pet friendly but make sure if booking online to call and tell them you have pets since only certain rooms are pet friendly. Good breakfast, eggs, cereal, waffels, yogurt and biscuits and gravy. Friendly and helpful staff.

Came down from Minnesota to watch a basketball game. I was only in the hotel room to sleep. No food, no drinks. After the stay, I was charged a $25 fee for “a carpet stain”. Completely bogus. I called the office, and they had nothing to say except “it’s just a fee we charge”. I had originally enjoyed my stay, but I won’t be coming here again, because I can’t trust that they won’t make up fees for old stains.
