Staff overall was very personable and helpful. Didn't try the breakfast beyond the first day. The hot portion was limited to only the biscuits and gravy...no egg dish. Only the 1 ice machine which is near the front desk. Parking seemed plentiful but not sure what it's like if the hotel is packed. Room was clean and ready for my stay. Beds were comfortable. Lovely clean rooms with great pool area. Staff was very friendly and rooms were very clean.
The staff wouldn't let me switch from a handicap room said they were booked up they lied breakfast stopped at 8am staff informed me that management switched the times because they aren't busy but failed to inform me breakfast times when I checked in. I also havent received my deposit back yet which is upsetting! The only good thing about this hotel was the hot tub but having to run back to my room dripping wet because there were no towels in the pool area ruined that experience as well!
Guess domeone didn't like the fire alarm.... I did not put this here. (I don't drink crown!) And I forgot about this so did not let you know. Hopefully you've been notified or your employees found this... otherwise this is your "Where's Waldo"...
