They fixed my tire because it had a screw in it. It was free and quick, considering it was 3:30 on a Saturday. The staff is great.
I had a great experience with America's Tire in Walnut Creek! I've purchased tires in the past from them and had great service, but yesterday on my way back from lunch my tire pressure light came on and sure enough when I parked and looked at my tires- there was a screw in one of them! I quickly called America's Tire and spoke with Cody who provided excellent customer service! He said to bring it on by and they patched up my tire in no time! Made an appointment & it took 15 min. to even get checked on. No one told me it would then be an additional hour before they would even look at the problem. POOR, POOR, POOR service. Why make appointments in 15 minute increments if they can't handle the work!

Your turned a lady friend of mine away today at 4:30. You close at 7pm. She had a flat, and had purchased the tires from you. I wouldn't give you any stars. We will never purchase anything from you again. You really suck!! And now we all are going to tell everyone we know. That's a lot jerk off. Because we are all from Walnut Creek.
